All orders are usually processed smoothly without any problems, but at times there may be cases when the product does not reach the buyer or the product varies significantly from what is described. In such cases MamboMart’s buyer safety policy protects the buyer’s entire purchase along with the shipping charges. Buyer safety policy is applicable only for transactions done through MamboMart and for products that are eligible for refund. MamboMart does not secure buyer for transactions made out of MamboMart. Buyers are requested not to perform any transactions outside MamboMart. Do not accept any requests from a seller who entertains to complete a transaction out of MamboMart. Buyers are request to stick to the timelines specified in our MamboMart buyer safety policy to help you serve better.

Order process & confirmation:
All orders placed through MamboMart are processed after we receive the authorized payment through our payment gateway. All payments pass through a series of risk management techniques before they are approved. Once our payment gateway approves your payment, your order is processed. If your payment is not approved by the payment gateway service provider your order will be cancelled and the refund will be in initiated within 48 hours. In case of credit cards you will receive the refund within 7 bank working days. For debit card/internet banking payments, you will receive the refund usually within 14 bank working days. At times it may get delayed especially if your bank is nationalised. In such cases we will provide you with the cancellation details. You can get in touch with the bank with the cancellation details and get your refund.

Successful transaction:
Once the seller has shipped the product successfully, he provides you with the shipping details. Once you receive the product you are required to update the status as received in the “ My Profile -> My Purchase Details -> My Orders” page within 48 hours of receiving the product. Once we receive the confirmation from buyer that the product has arrived, we will pay the seller. So your payment is secure with us until you receive your product. If there is no response from the buyer within 48 hours after receiving the product, the seller will be automatically paid and the order will be closed as delivered.

Product not received:
Delivery time for all the products is specified by the seller in the description of the product. Seller is required to deliver the product within the specified time. If the product does not reach the buyer within the specified time, buyer can contact the seller directly for solution within 48 hours of delivery time specified by the seller. The seller is required to respond within the next 24 hours. If the seller does not respond, buyer can contact MamboMart for resolution. Buyer is required to send a detailed mail to contactus@mambomart.com within 24 hours after there is no response from seller. The mail should contain all details like the order id, product id, products ordered, date ordered and the mode of payment. After a product not received issue is opened against the seller, MamboMart negotiates with the seller for a solution. The product is either sent to the buyer or a refund is given to the buyer for the total sale value including the shipping charge. In order for the refund to be processed the transaction has to be done in MamboMart. We do not process refunds for outside MamboMart transactions. Also the product should be an eligible one for a successful refund. If the seller does not ship the product even after MamboMart negotiates with the seller, a refund is initiated to the buyer. In case of credit cards you will receive the refund within 7 bank working days. For debit card/internet banking payments, you will receive the refund usually within 14 bank working days. At times it may get delayed especially if your bank is nationalised. In such cases we will provide you with the cancellation details. You can get in touch with the bank with the cancellation details and get your refund.

Product not received as described:
If the product received, differs significantly from what is described in the listing, buyer can contact the seller directly for solution within 48 hours. The seller is required to respond within the next 24 hours. If the seller does not respond, buyer can contact MamboMart for resolution. Buyer is required to send a detailed mail to contactus@mambomart.com within 24 hours after there is no response from seller. The mail should contain all details like the order id, product id, products ordered, date ordered and the mode of payment. MamboMart negotiates with the seller for a solution. The product is either replaced or a refund is given to the buyer for the total sale value including the shipping charges. The buyer is requested to ship the product within 24 hours to the seller after MamboMart confirms the same through email. The product has to be shipped in its original packing as it was in the delivered condition through a reliable courier service preferably with online tracking facility. MamboMart initiates the refund/replacement to the buyer once the product reaches the seller safely. In case of replacement the product is again shipped by the seller to buyer. If the seller is not able to ship the product as described to the buyer again, a refund is initiated.
In case of refund, the total sale value including the shipping charge is refunded. In order for the refund to be processed the transaction has to done in MamboMart. We do not process refunds for outside MamboMart transactions. Also the product should be an eligible one for a successful refund.
