No, registration in MamboMart is absolutely free.
 
2. Are my credit card and banking details secure?
MamboMart uses 128 bit encryption. We do not store your credit card details. All your details are sent directly to our payment gateway service provider ďEBSĒ who is VeriSign secured and pci Security Standards compliant.
 
3. How can I start purchasing in MamboMart?
Register in MamboMart, choose the products you need, add those products in cart and proceed to payment. You can purchase them by using the payment options available in MamboMart.

You can use the question seller option in each product to inquire the seller.
 
7. Where can I find the replies to my inquires?
Login to your account and move to my profile. Click on My Messages and you can see the replies to your inquires if any.
 
8. Within what time will the product be delivered?
Perishable products like food, cakes, flowers and bouquets are delivered on the date requested. All other products are delivered on or before the delivery time specified in the product description.
 
9. What should I do if I donít receive the product within the time specified?
MamboMart's buyer safety policy protects your entire purchase. If you have not received the product, the issue will be resolved and you will get your product or a refund will be initiated.
 
10. When is the buyer safety policy applicable?
Buyer safety policy protects your entire purchase only if the transaction is done through MamboMart.

No, registration in MamboMart is absolutely free.
 
2. How to sell and what details are needed to sell on MamboMart?
Register in MamboMart, give your bank details and start uploading your products. To start selling on MamboMart you need to provide us your bank account details so that we will be able to pay you once your product is sold. Then you need to provide some basic information about your product like whether it is new/used, price, warranty and shipping details. Product description and features can be specified if available.
 
3. How much does it cost to sell on MamboMart?
You can list any number of items in MamboMart for free. We charge a very low transaction fee and it is applicable for each order.
 
4. When is the seller paid?
The seller is paid for every transaction once it is completed successfully.
 
5. How are the payments made?
The payments are made through cheque deposit or online transfer to the seller's bank account.
 
6. Is there any listing fee?
Listing in MamboMart is absolutely free. You can list any number of items in MamboMart for free.
 
7. Are my bank account details secure?
MamboMart uses 128 bit SSL encryption to secure your bank account details. All your details are protected and secure with us.
 
8. Where can I find the enquiries to my products?
Login to your account. Click on My Messages in the top menu and you can see the enquires to your products if any. You can use the reply option to reply to the enquiry.
 
9. How should the product be shipped?
The seller should ship the products through a reliable courier service preferably with online tracking facility available. Shipping details such as receipts should be maintained to resolve any dispute that may arise in the future.
